Long time, no singy

Even though it is my "Spring Break," I liked it better when they called it "Easter Break," I'm updating to quell the uprising of complainers. It's been pretty boring since the last time I updated with my basketball teams loosing days after I posted and all this rain we are having. At least baseball has started, plus the church softball team is starting here in a few days? weeks? I don't know.
I did attend Liz's wedding, it was purdy hot. Although I wish there were more than 3 or 4 people there that I knew, at least I was able to see Liz and Ellyn, it had been a while since I had seen both of them. The best part was the wedding singer, unfortunately he wasn't Adam Sandler, he had a decent voice and horrible dance moves. He even played one of the songs from "The Wedding Singer," he was pretty funny. And for some reason he kept on singing at the end of the night when there was about 10-15 people left and we were all cleaning up, good stuff none the less. It is kind of crazy to think that of all of us who used to hang out, or still do, only myself, Jason and Dave are left who aren't married.
Hopefully this rain will stop so I can start golfing again. And for those of you who want me to buy a bike, you must send your requests by mail, or in person, to me, and make sure if you send a check you make it out to Charles Morita. I've already spent too much of my Spring Break with this post, so... watch out for that bird flu.

March Madness

That is what they call the college basketball playoffs. Imagine if they had the collage basketball playoffs, oh the folly that would ensue. Anyway, I usually don't watch college basketball unless it is during March Madness. And I find myself rooting for teams from Washington, I'm not exactly sure why especially since I didn't go to any college there. This year I'm rooting for The University of Washington and The University of Gonzaga.
In other news, "School is lame." Teachers assigning assignments that seem to have nothing to do with the class. In my speech class, remember this is a speech class, we have to do a good deed to or for a stranger, and write their reaction down. Doesn't sound hard right? Well now do that for the entire semester, that is about 120 days. Well I suppose you could hold the door open for someone every day and write their reaction, but you actually couldn't because you can't repeat your actions. Lets recap, you do a good deed, must be an action and no repeats, to a stranger, every day for 120 days, for your speech class. Hooray for higher education.

Ugh Posting

I've come to the realization that I don't like posting much. I remember when I had write a daily journal or log thing in an English class, we had to write about what we did that day or what we were going to do, I hated it. Blogging feels too much like that English class. I also feel most of what I do isn't worth posting, and when I do something interesting enough I would rather tell people in person or on the phone. If anyone has any ideas to make this fun or exciting or at least less of a chore then tell me. With all the typing I've already done I don't feel like typing anymore, even though I've done a lot of stuff recently I just don't feel up to it. Anyway, the Walkers are coming to Redding, so I'll see you guys in a couple of days.

This game is unfair, there is no way to avoid being tagged!

This kind of tag sure does seem one sided. I can't not get tagged unless someone decides to not tag me. So I will reluctantly and begrudgingly be "it" for the time being, until I turn someone elses world upside-down and make them "it" in a game they weren't playing until they became "it."

4 jobs that I've had in my life:

Holiday Quality Foods; deli, bakery and juicebar worker
Wal~Mart; FID scanner (notice the squggily)
Professional card counter, currently banned from all major casinos on the Vegas strip as well as all river boat casinos on the Gulf Coast
Currently on the world champion Olympic gold medal winning Zimbabwe curling team

6 movies I could watch over and over:

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Zoolander
Billy Madison
Pirates of the Caribbean
Napoleon Dynamite
Spiderman (1 and 2)
Dishonorable Mention: Dr. T and the Women

4 Places I've lived:

Everett, Wa
Mill Creek, Wa
Glendora, Ca
Redding, Ca

4 places I've been on Vacation:

San Diego, Ca
Waikiki, Hi
Mt. Bachelor, Or
Yellowstone National Park, Wy, Id, Mt

4 websites I visit daily:

Espn.com
Si.com
Hotmail.com
Gamespot.com

4 of my favorite foods:

Cheesecake
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Pizza
Spaghetti
Dishonorable Mention: pickle in an ice chest

4 places I'd rather be right now:

Golfing at a nice golf course
Washington visiting family
Hawaii with any friends who would like to join me
Las Vegas 2008

Someone lied and said this would take 15 minutes, you know who you are, shame on you. Since I don't have anyone to tag does that make me "it" forever?

Seahawks Still Rule

They lost, but there is always next year. Just for the record, that was the WORST officiated game I have ever seen. Aaaanyway, my trip to Washington was fun. I mostly hung out with my family and we went out to eat way to much. I'm used to going out once or twice a week at most, not seven or eight times. My dad took me and my brothers to a basketball game, and the Sonics actually won. For those of you who didn't know I have two step brothers, both younger than me. We went on some promotional day, they were handing out packages of disposible coffee cups and lids with the Sonics logo on them. Imagine that handing out coffee cups for your coffee, in Seattle, will wonders never cease? I don't really feel like typing any more, but if you have any questions, whether it be about my trip or math or that big guy I had to sit next to on the plane, then I'll get back to you about it. Sorry Eisle I'll try to do that tag thing next time.

The Impossible Dream has Become a Reality

Yes, that is right, I did what all of you had hoped for but never expected. I finished the peanut butter, I polished off the last of it January 28 at about 8:30 at work. I know, I know you say, "That's impossible!" But it isn't, it took a lot of hard work, numerous sandwiches and countless dirty knives. You too can overcome great obstacles like did.
For those of you who don't know this was a five pound jar of peanut butter given to me by the Walkers in November. I hope my struggle and subsequent victory has touched your hearts. But please don't feel the need to shower me with your praise, or consider me a hero, I am but a simple man eating a simple sandwich. Although your comments are greatly appreciated.

XL

The Seattle Seahawks vs. The Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XL (that's forty for those of you who cannot read Roman Numerals). This is the first time the Seahawks have been in the Super Bowl. I'm so stoked I'm freakin myself out! Before this season they had not won a playoff game since I was 4, over twenty one years ago. Go Seahawks!!!
Anyway, apparently I have a blog now, and I guess it looks kind of like this. I find it somewhat strange that I was not the first person to post on my blog. Since I didn't create it, Eisel and Caleb did, I shouldn't complain. Thanks for the blog I'll try not to disappoint.

I'm Not Chuck

This is only a test. Just so we can see how it turned out. Caleb and I made this for him, but now we must convince him to use it. Well, I hope he posts for himself soon!
